I am dedicating this site to help me track and log my progress in physical fitness
and to help others in their physical fitness goals. I am not a guru, licensed professional, certified teacher or
anything of that sort. All my opinions, suggestions, and tips are based off of what I have personally experienced.

I have decided I am going to return to my original goals of physical fitness. I started my
goal on March 23rd, 2011. My goal is/was to get stronger and lose weight. I hated being fat
and I couldn't stand being the weakling. So I started off pretty badly. Was walking 10 miles
almost every morning, and basically starving myself (500-800 calories a day). This was a horrible
mistake and I ended up being in alot of pain and caused myself alot of misery. I had alot of
chest pain, felt horrible/tired/weak. But! I was losing weight, so I was happy for awhile. It
eventually got to the point where I had to start eating more. So I started searching the internet
for information. Luckily, I was browsing YouTube and I came across a channel, Scooby 1961. Scooby
has helped me a ton and I have still lost alot of weight even though I eat alot more than when I
first started. Honestly, losing weight is really easy to do, but it takes alot of time. I will be
adding a losing weight part to my website that I hope you will check out in the future. I am still
working on alot of parts of my web site, so please be patient. Thanks!
